I have been dreaming about opening an ice-cream shop lately... like 3 times in a row of week .... dejavu returns!

The first thing pop-up my mind is Timeout Gelato Bars! Yes, I'm gonna name my own ice-cream shop "Timeout" in future. Gelato Ice Cream. What do you think? I do accept any new suggestions, cm'on!

This will be my new dream and I shall make effort to make this dream come true someday in future. When? No idea. But still need to plan and it is good to have a dream than nothing right?

The most beautiful thing happened today just when I'm writing this entry, I came across an article in BBC News while checking my usual Twitter timeline:

Dad showed us "their" wedding photos where he put it in front of his bed in his room last week when we back for Winter Solstice dinner at grandma's house. Anyhow, as you can see it is all history by right now.

What a funny joke me and my brother found in this wedding photo is the background ---- the photography session in older days are really epic, they used aluminum foil paper in order to get the "flashing" effect. And the Orchid flower hand bouquet. Everyone has the same flower.

KUALA LUMPUR, 26 MAY 2011 – AirAsia grabbed three major awards for investor relations (IR) today, besting other public-listed companies in Malaysia.

Dato’ Sri Dr. Tony Fernandes, AirAsia’s Group CEO, was named the Best CEO for Investor Relations – Mid Cap, while Benyamin Ismail, AirAsia’s Investor Relations manager, was named the Best Investor Relations Professional – Mid Cap. AirAsia also won the Best Investor Relations Website award. The three awards were given by the Malaysian Investor Relations Association (MIRA) in its inaugural awarding ceremony.

The awarding ceremony, held at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, gathered top corporate leaders from some of Malaysia’s biggest businesses.

The awards received by AirAsia today shortly follow the three awards that the airline received in Hong Kong only in March, when AirAsia won the Best Investor Relations Company for Malaysia, Best CEO for Malaysia and Best Investor Relations Officer for Malaysia awards given by Corporate Governance Asia at the First Asian Excellence Recognition Awards.

MIRA is Malaysia’s only professional association that is committed to support for and the promotion of good practices in investor relations by public-listed companies.

Tony Fernandes awarded CBE by Queen Elizabeth II

SEPANG, 6 FEBRUARY 2011 - Team Lotus Team Principal, AirAsia Group CEO and Malaysia's iconic entrepreneur, Tony Fernandes has been awarded a Commander of the Order of the British Empire honour by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The citation says the award was conferred "for services to promote commercial and educational links" between the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

Fernandes, together with three partners, took over the loss-making AirAsia from a Malaysian government-linked company in December, 2001. In just over nine years under his leadership, AirAsia has soared to become Asia's largest Low-Cost Carrier as well as a Truly ASEAN airline that links the Southeast Asian region to the larger world with its low fares, route connectivity and high-quality service.

In 2007, he founded sister airline AirAsia X, the low-cost, long-haul carrier that is often dubbed "AirAsia on steroids." AirAsia X launched its low-fare route between Kuala Lumpur (LCCT, Sepang) and London (Stansted) in 2008, providing affordable air fares that have spurred travel between the two countries, both in tourism as well as among students.

In Formula One, Fernandes and his partners Kamarudin Meranun and SM Nasarudin have gained huge respect, credibility and an army of fans around the world since launching their team in record time for the start of the 2010 F1 season. Now racing under the iconic Team Lotus banner, they achieved their first year objective of winning the battle of the sport's new teams and are now taking the fight to the established midfield teams and continuing their march up the grid. Team Lotus is not only a hugely popular with fans, it is also providing motorsport talent from across the ASEAN region and around the world with the chance to join the most high profile sporting championship on the planet.

The CBE is the second major award conferred on Fernandes in Europe. In 2010, the French government conferred upon him the title of Officier of the Legion d’honneur, the highest award for a non-French national, for his outstanding contributions to the aviation industry. Fernandes was also recently named "Asia Businessman of the Year 2010" by the international magazine Forbes, and has gathered a slew of other top awards from private bodies and media organisations for his innovative approach to business.

The man whose personal credo is "Dream the Impossible, Believe the Unbelievable and Never Take No for an Answer" believes deeply in providing opportunities throughout his businesses for talent to flourish, for meritocracy to reign and for helping people realise their dreams. "I realised mine, and I am determined to help others realise theirs, too," said Fernandes.

His business philosophy is simple: Serve the Underserved. It's a philosophy encapsulated in AirAsia's memorable tag line: "Now Everyone Can Fly." Kuala Lumpur, 15 November 2010 - While Lotus Racing’s attention now turns to the young driver and tyre tests in Abu Dhabi, the team, AirAsia and their counterparts at Virgin Racing are busy preparing for Richard Branson’s inaugural flight as an AirAsia stewardess. In the midst of the celebrations on track last night Team Principal Tony Fernandes gave Richard an AirAsia uniform and pinned an AirAsia stewardess’ badge on the Virgin Racing Team Principal and the two agreed how the bet would be settled.

Tony Fernandes “There has been a fantastic spirit of competition between us and Virgin Racing all season and one of the first people to come and congratulate us on the pitwall was Richard. We have had this great bet running all season and now it’s time for Richard to start preparing himself for some hard work and the likely pain of a pair of high heels! We agreed last night that we will run an online charity auction for the seats on our Kuala Lumpur / London route to raise money for a charity of Richard’s choice and give fans of both teams the chance to be on the flight. The date of the flight will be announced very soon and the aim is to raise as much money as we can for a good cause so the discomfort Richard will go through is worth as much as it possibly can be!

More details on the date of the flight and how to enter the charity auction to bid for a seat will be announced very soon.

SM Entertainment has officially given its last notification to the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki.

SM Entertainment held a press conference on November 2 in Seoul 63 Building at 3pm. At the press conference, SM Kim Young Min representative and SM Japan Nam SoYeong president, SM Han SaeMi and Jung ChangHwan directors were present.

At the press conference, they revealed their stand about the case brought up by TVXQ members Hero JaeJoong, Xiah JunSu and Micky YooChun as “a hoax exaggerating on issues of slavery and human rights.”

SM Kim YeongMin rep said, “The 3 members will be able to continue their individual activities with the application for disposition of the contract terms. But they have to carry out activities for Dong Bang Shin Ki through SM.”

“The 2 members (UKnow YunHo and Max ChangMin) will be having their comeback next year in Korea. 6 months before, everything has been decided.” and revealed that the 2 members are already preparing for their comeback next year.

With that Kim said, “We will request for the 3 members to give an answer by 12th November.”

He also added, “This lawsuit did not start due to issues of slavery and human rights, but due to the individual’s cosmetic businesses. The 3 members were using the contract terms to benefit themselves in the lawsuit, but what they have in mind all along is their businesses and profits.”

He continued, “The 3 members have gone on what they said a vacation to China in January in 2009, that was when they took part in a cosmetic business. And we know about that through photos of their company exposed. And through the website of their company, we got to know that their titles were directors and they even have their own namecards.”

Representative Kim said, “For this lawsuit, the 3 members also even think of changing the content to contract to benefit themselves. And previously in April, during their concert performance in China, the members also tried to declare trust with other junior singers in the company.”

“We have expressed our concerns of damaging the image and problems arose from the 3’s cosmetic businesses. We will confirm the contract and starting from any possible problems that may arise, we want protect the members. But we don’t see any effort from the 3 members with them refusing to reveal their contract.”

Mey Li, my net friend from Paris France told me that she went to meet EunHyuk in airport on 09.09.09. she had a great time with him as they talked and interacted a lot in train together. they guided him from airport to hotel by train. according to her, EunHyuk is very fun and crazy guy in person! (as we all know tho~)

TVXQ's Fanclub Speaks up! "The Group's Continued Existence Is More Important Than SM"

As TVXQ, the group with the largest fan club in Korea, got into a legal dispute with SM Entertainment, the fans could be heard voicing their opinions that, "The group's continued existence is more important than SM."TVXQ's fan club Cassiopeia, who hold the Guiness World Record for the largest fan club with around 800K members, began an 'Against TVXQ's Disbandment' petition on an Internet portal site. This petition that aims to collect 200K signatures has already collected 20K in the past four days.The majority of the fans are on the side of 'TVXQ's three members' rather than the side of 'SM.

'Xiah Junsu, YoungWoong Jae Joong and Micky YooChun stated that an 'unlawful exclusive contract' was the main reason behind their lawsuit and said they wanted to fix their 13-year contract, dubbed a 'for life contract'. The fans are completely behind this statement and say that if the contract is fixed, TVXQ will be able to overcome this disbandment crisis.On various forums on portal sites and petitions, the fans have written, "SM must fix the slave contract they have imposed on TVXQ," and have been trying as hard as they can to make sure that the worst-case scenario will not happen.The well-formed international fan base is also behind TVXQ.

On one Chinese portal site, a survey revealed that around 52.1% (around 4000 people) of fans were behind TVXQ. The group's Japanese fan club 'Bigeast' members have been having a comment relay in which they all state that a disbandment cannot happen.On the other hand, as time passes by, the rift between the statements of SM and TVXQ seems to grow deeper and deeper.TVXQ stated on the 3rd that, "Our 13-year contract really means a 'for life contract' and because of the compensation we would have to pay, it is impossible for us to cancel the contract," and ""We are not trying to disband TVXQ with this lawsuit."SM, on the other hand, stated, "This lawsuit occurred because of the cosmetic company the three members are investing in. And TVXQ has till now earned 11 billion Won in cash."

Shock : 'Insiders VS Fans'- Two Different Views

Youngwoong Jae Joong, Micky YooChun, and Xiah Junsu, members of popular group DBSK has filed a provisional disposition to free themselves from their contract with SM. This case has many insiders and fans curious to what will happen.DBSK is an idol group popular not only in Korea but in all of Asia. DBSK has continued to show their outstanding relationship with SM. The three members have thanked Lee Soo Man, the president of SM, multiple times when they received awards.

There are two very different opinions looking onto this situation, ‘The DBSK affairs.’ The 2 opinions are from producers and from fans.On July 31st, the three members filed a provisional disposition to stop the effects of their contract with SM. DBSK fans immediately responded that this was SM’s fault. These assertions became stronger when the three members revealed official reports. The 3 members used expressions such as ’13 years contract,’ ‘album sales 0.4%-1% earnings division,’ ‘SM’s tools for profit’ in order to express their wishes to get away from SM’s restraint. In response, the complaints by the fans increased. Some fans even posted the situation when HOT disbanded in 2001 to criticize SM.

However, most of the staffs in the music industry are presenting very different opinions.A high-ranking staff in an entertainment company refuted the assertions made by the 3 members, stating that these actions were too haste and is an act of betrayal to SM.This staff stated on the 4th, opened with his opinion about the 13 years contract. “For people who are not in the entertainment industry, they will say that a 13 years contract is a slave contract. But it is because they don’t know the realities of the entertainment business.”He stated, “the group DBSK that made its debut in 2004 is in this position because they were extremely successful for their 5 years after debut. If they were not able to attract the attentions of the fans, they would have been thankful that SM would be in charge of them for 13 years. The 3 members of DBSK must have not been 100% sure about their future success, so they probably agreed to sign for 13 years as a way of insurance.”He also stated, “SM stated on the 3rd that DBSK was paid 11 billion won for the last 5 years in addition to foreign cars as bonus.

Following this, DBSK were not ill-treated. There is probably not one SM staff who gets paid 100 million won every year for taking part into making DBSK a great success.On the other hand in the midst of all this, DBSK fans and the majority of the music industry agree that they are against DBSK disbandment. DBSK is a big influence to not only Korean teenagers but is an important part of the Korean Wave.Therefore, it is important that the 3 members of DBSK and SM settle their differences. Because SM holds some rights for DBSK as a team, continuation of DBSK will be difficult unless the 3 members reconcile their differences with SM.

In addition to this problem, the two other members of DBSK, have not participated in the current lawsuit, and have expressed that they would stay with SM.This situation requires SM and DBSK’s 3 members to make wise decisions in order to have a ‘win-win’ situation,considering many aspects.

Park Chan Jong : "SM, Fraud Against DBSK."

He is the representative of ‘Honest People’ and in a report stated that, “it is clear the contract DBSK signed with SM is a slave contract. He asserted in the case with SM Entertainment’s battle, DBSK’s company’s acts, according to the criminal law, can be considered as fraud against minors. He criticized the 13 year contract and especially stressed that it is a fraud against minors.According to criminal law article 384, clause 1, "this type of fraud states that taking advantage of the lack of judgment minors or disabled people can have and thus, profits from is punishable for up to 10 years of penal servitude or for up to 20 million wons of penalty.Following, SM signed a contract with DBSK who were minors, and thus were not in conditions to make informed judgments, and made immense profit.He added that this case must be taken as a lesson in order to eradicate the slave contracts employed by many entertainment companies. He especially pointed out the injustice parts in DBSK’s contract.He stated:-By setting the contract condition for 13 years, when the 5 members of DBSK were minors, SM took into c onsideration of their life as entertainers, and in result, tied them down for life- Upon cancellation of contract, required for penalty 2 times the amount of future earnings-

Upon signing of the contract, did not confirm the original contract with the party- Concerning their earnings, required the album sales to exceed 500,000 copies for the parties to receive 10 million wons the next yearFurther, he stated, "the criminal acts by SM can be accused not only by DBSK members but a third party and this must be an opportunity to learn lessons eradicate the slave contracts."

Three members of the popular group DBSK who represents Korea has filed for a provisional disposition, sending shocks to the people.After the lawsuit was filed, the members who participated in the lawsuit asserted the unjust parts of their contract and in response, SM Entertainment also responded with rebuts, sending this case further into complications.In the midst of this, disbandment rumors continue. As a group, they face the biggest challenge after 5 years of debut.For fans, this case is especially distressing. Their fans, Cassiopeia, made DBSK’s growth not only in Korea but in all of Asia possible. Just like when HOT disbanded, it was predicted that many fans would come together to express their opposition to disbandment. However, there are many different views among those in this case and for those following this case, even for the fans.

At about 7 PM on August 3rd, fans waiting in front of DBSK’s homes could not hide their agitation. However, after the lawsuit, they offered different opinions, drawing attention.About 30 fans waited outside of their home, and around the area, there was also taxis which was used by these fans. Upon confirmation, all members except Micky YooChun resides at this home and at the time of the interview, Youngwoon Jaejoong, Xiah Junsu, and Choikang Changmin was home.Although fans were cautious about reporters, they expressed their opinions about the current situation. There was mixed feelings including, distress. Some fans even expressed that they had expected this.There are two different fan opinions. There are those who oppose any disbandment and there are those who say they would be okay with disbandment if it is beneficial to the members.

For those who expressed the first group of opinions, they stated that DBSK shines the brightest when the 5 of them are together and wished to avoid disbandment at all cost. Some said that SM or no SM, they wished all 5 of them would move together.Some fans who offered different opinions stated, “as a fan, no one would want disbandment but if it is beneficial to everyone and if the members choose to do so, I would agree with them.”In addition, fans also differed in opinions about SM. Some fans spoke negatively of SM saying that the conditions on DBSK’s contracts were unreasonable while there were other fans who were more realistic stating that other companies won’t do as good of a job as SM to support the famous group.The fact that fans are divided on the issue is not a surprise.One fan, who was a fan since their training days revealed, “At first, people liked DBSK as a group, but as time went on, fans divided by the members.” Offering her interpretation, she added, “so their opinions are different based on who their favorite member is.”The similar can be said as some fans have expressed criticism towards Uknow Yunho and Choikang Changmin for not participating in this lawsuit.

One staff who wished to remain anonymous said, “it is true that the current DBSK is similar to when DBSK disbanded. However, the fans reaction is very different. Previously, when HOT disbanded, there were many fans together as one in front of the building protesting their disbandment but now, just like how the members separated into two teams, the fans are also divided.”

Xiah, Hero, Micky Yoochun represented by SEJONG law firm revealed their official position. From the three members, “In five years since debut, the schedule that is conducted by the agency has been causing exhaustion both to body and mind. Cosmetic business is not related to the lawsuit.”

1. After 5 years debuting, among the three members due to the schedule conducted by the agency, it causes exhaustion to the body.
- According to SM instructions, Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu along with the rest TVXQ members have to go across Korea, Japan, China back and forth in a week, each member only have 3-4 hours sleep a day.
- The members’ health is deteriorated a lot, and also enduring mental fatigue.
- Due to SM attempt to advance overseas market, as time goes by, the established active schedule for the members is getting unreasonable.
- SM doesn’t treat them as artists anymore, but not more than just a tool to achieve more and more income for the company.

2. 13-year exclusive contract is like a contract for a lifetime.
- The exclusive contract whose period lasts for 13 years purely active in entertainment world in which if it’s including the military service, the contract basically lasts for 15 years period (T/N: since 13 years is excluding military service) — it means, still 10 years to go to finally retire the contract.
- Meanwhile, if they turn down the contract in the middle of period, the penalty they have to pay can reach hundreds of million won since they have to recover 2 times of revenue loss the company suffered from disabling the contract.

3. The members don’t receive proper treatment from SM.
- They have no deposit, since the terms of the exclusive contract forbids the distribution of revenue records.
- In the first contract (unrevised), only if they can sell a single album more than 50,000 copies, the members can receive 1/1000 of the sales. However, if the sales is less that 50,000 copies, they won’t have even a single penny of revenue allocation.
- The contract then was revised on 2009.02.06. Yet, even after the revision, the contract states that the distribution profits received by the members from album sales for each person is only 0.4 % – 1%.

4. Members have already demanded to correct the unfair clauses in the contract, but SM did not listen to them.
- The three people had requested to SM and shared their own vision to adjust the unfair clauses caused by the exclusive contract effect, but SM passed the discussion and pointed out the cosmetic business instead which is not even the essence of their request.
- Nevertheless, the three kept continuing to solve the problem through dialogues so that it would satisfy both parties, but SM still didn’t response. Since they felt no hope and realized that their efforts to talk to SM had been meaningless, therefore they finally filed the appeal to the court for a final solution.

5. Cosmetics business investments and also other financial investment are unrelated to the entertainment business they’re focusing in, thus have nothing to do with their injunction application. The nature of the case is to solve the unfair exclusive contract.
(no need futher explanation. SM just insists to point out cosmetic companies investment as the core problem, but they stressed here again, that it’s not the case. The three members are only one of shareholders and not even the high officials of the cosmetic companies. Their lawsuit is purely only to resolve the unfair exlusive contract.)

6. The members don’t want the disbanding, they just want to escape from the bondage of the unfair contract.
- The injuction application is not for a purpose that leads to disbanding. The problem now is to solve different opinions regarding the contract. The three members have no problem to the rest of members and still want to create good music together.
- Once all the unfairness is getting straightened, they will start their activities together soon. Through this condition, they ask the fans to be united and believe in them.

7. This situation is an opportunity for them to get mature.
- The three members of TVXQ who are included in the injunction application feel sorry for the fans for making them shocked and disappointed.
- However, to think it in bright side, it’s an opportunity for them to jump to bigger dream and getting more mature. The members have promised the fans to repay all the supports received.

My After Thought:

Just got back from watching "It's Just Me Coughing" a contemporary dance performed by Mr.Zan Yamashita from Japan at Central Market. ANNEXE Gallery is located just beside Central Market but me and Sue had a hard time finding that place which we spent around 30 minutes walking around Central Market searching for it. At last we found the gallery and we went upstairs looking around. There's few art show going on and we took a look of those paintings and creativity pieces of art while waiting for the dance performance to start at 8.30. The minimum amount of an art cost RM150 (by local artist). Sue told me we should stop our studies and go starts drawing for earning! ^^

Now back to performance, this is my first time watching contemporary dance. A performance without background music. It only depends on the performer's acting and dance moves. This left me with many thoughts. I learned that contemporary dance is a performance that can makes one person thinks and flying imagination on their own through body language. This is what "It's Just Me Coughing" trying to tell. Its a story of a lonely man living in this city on his own. He cough, he laugh, he cried, he wiped alone. There is english subtitle appeared on the projector as he moves for the audience better understanding. Mr Zan is a very quiet man. He does not speak a lot but he can express himself though the movement of his body.

I think not many people will tend to understand contemporary dance as it need time to brings you into it. And for Sue, she said she almost fell asleep during the 1hour performance. Hehehe!

Anyway, this is another experience of mine getting more understanding of D.A.N.C.E

i don't know for what reason, i've been feeling very emotionally lately.....

my tears drop unexpectedly whenever:

i listen to heartbreaking songs, that voices that touches my heart (recommend Joanna Wang from Taiwan)
looking at handicap people around my work place the airport
while watching drama in a scene where an old man takes care of his old sick wife lying on bed
MJ's funeral, his 11 years old daughter breakdown on stage

and i'm thinking about my future and i'm sick currently... erm should i said not feeling quite well? stupid haze! this might be the cause and reason of me acting such a way. is this a sign calling me to stop a while and go charge my "battery"?

why do i felt so empty inside....

i'm just hoping for love to come ♥

p.s: mum's birthday coming up this thursday and i bought her a scarf. hope she'll like it~

finally it has ended!!! hopefully they can rest a while after this although there are still schedule for them such as A-Nation, SMTOWN concert and 3rd Asia Tour Mirotic Concert for Beijing and Shanghai.

Tohoshinki 4th Japan Arena Tour 'The Secret Code' - a concert tour that runs for more than 3 months, 9 cities, 21 performances meeting more than 300,000 fans around Japan.

i don't know how to describe this kind of feeling into words.... i just felt like crying if i've achieved such a big project in my life! i'm sure this is what the boys felt too on the first night they stand in middle of Tokyo Dome which is a dreams come true for them. changmin ever said he doesn't even dare to think about stepping into Tokyo Dome for concert when he started to debut 5 years ago. they DID IT!

for Bigeast and Cassiopeia that attended their final 2 concert days at Tokyo Dome get to watch "bonuses" performance where the boys performed their solo part from 3rd Asia Tour Mirotic. (Asia Tour and Japan Arena Tour is different for those who might get confused). and not to forget Jaechun aka SoulMate's new song composition - COLORS~ Melody and Harmony. it's such a beautiful song~~~ ♪

DBSK first Korean group to perform @ Tokyo Dome Dong Bang Shin Ki will be the first Korean artiste to perform at the Tokyo Dome, proved that the group has become one of the top stars in Japan. The group will have their last concert performance for ‘Tohoshinki- 4th Live Tour 2009 – The Secret Code’ on 4th and 5th July there.

The Tokyo Dome is the dream stage where the top and popular singers like SMAP, GLAY, Ayumi Hamazaki etc had performed on. It can accomodate 50,000 audiences and is about 4 times as big as the largest indoor stadium in Korea. For their 4th concert tour, Dong Bang Shin Ki had performed at 9 different cities, meeting up with about 250,000 fans through their concert performances. Meanwhile, from 2nd till 6th July, they will be performing in Tokyo for their event ‘TOHOSHINKI PREMIUM SHOWCASE 2009 in OMOTESANDO’.

Edit: To make things clear, they're the first Korean GROUP to perform there.

I can imagine the atmosphere on that day and also I'm sure I will burst into tears (again!) looking at the scene. And the good news i got today is that their DVD on Tokyo Dome will be release end of September 2009! Get ya money ready gals! ^O^

heard this news through radio station this morning during my way to work and i thought i heard it wrongly for the first time, then i asked my brother who was driving "Michael Jackson is dead?" and he even tell me.. "No la! u heard wrongly la... how can he is dead" we argued for few minutes on this statement and then he decided to change to another radio channel where the DJ is also mentioning about the late king of pop already. we both were speechless. his song is airing everywhere... tribute for him is everyone's concern for the day.

i can felt my eyes is teary.... but.... i can't hold it back. my mind is still trying to accept this truth. although i'm not MJ's super fans but i had to admit we all did grew up listening to him no matter where we are. the first song i heard from MJ is probably Black & White back in 1980's during my childhood time.

just few days ago, Earth Song played in my ipod. i just love this song. the harmonies voice of the children. makes life more comfortable. this is what i thought.

this would bring plenty of tears from his all along supportive fans. i can feel the hearthache from photos taken through the internet and news. everyone has their own special place for the king of pop.

MICHAEL JACKSON IS A LEGEND! and we will miss him forever...

i've been sick for 3 days straight! flu, sore throat, cough and fever....

but aha~ lucky not infected by the most HOT Influenza H1N1. doc said i'm just too allergy with the recent haze condition in country plus the hot weather out there. and he told me be extra careful when do outing because he sense that my asthma will come back attacking me.

i remembered i had asthma when i was really young... around the age of 7 or 8, whenever my classmates were happily running around in school field and me myself had to sit a side watching them playing during Pendidikan Jasmani session. but the asthma dissapeared one day which i could not recall and its coming back again.... felt just like an old friend comes back for a visit~ but anyhow i should avoid going outing recently tho....

Dance, Subaru!

Just got back got back from Singapore last night and very obviously damn sleepy now @ work~ but i had real fun during my 2D1N stay with SG pals although the weather is HOT! Thanks gals a lot for the event! and also for the Micky's birthday present~ hehe!

We went to watch Dance, Subaru at Orchard Cineleisure because it just released last thursday in Singapore. The reason why I wanna watch it because of TVXQ of course! but when Angella ask me whether wanna go watch this movie during my visit there at first - I was like "HUH? What movie is that?" then she said "BOLERO!" ahhh~ then only i realised that ballet dance movie. So i decided to join them for it. Guess what!?? I'm loving this movie because it's about DANCE. LOVE. BALLERINA. FAMILY. FRIENDSHIP. PASSION.

Dance, Subaru! is adapted from a popular Japanese manga (comic book) of the same title, Dance, Subaru! It is a motivating tale about the self-realization of a young ballerina under adversity. Subaru tells the story of genius ballerina Subaru Miyamoto, with a special emphasis placed on the harsh training she undergoes and the immense social and psychological pressure she experiences. Subaru overcomes these issues to give a performance that leaves her audience crying for more. I cried several times in the cinema (DAMN!) especially when BOLERO appeared as the background music when Subaru leaving for Shanghai hugging her auntie. There are many scenes that made me goes teary... so touching! I'm going to watch it again if KL showing I promised!

As for TVXQ followers, we knew that Bolero is the theme song for this movie and all i can say it goes very well for both the storyline and the blended harmonies voices of the five members. Other Korean cast in this movie includes Go Ara, Stephanie Kim (The Grace). Our boys did appeared in the middle of the movie, club scene singing the japanese version of "The Way You Are". Junsu and Jaejoong got the most scene during this like 15 seconds appearring. Micky is hidden behind. Changmin still OK can see him during his high note. haha! SM TOWN! JJANG!!!

wow! this is an amazing BREAKOUT show! after watching this show I can totally understand the meaning of B-Boys and Beatbox! just awesome skills! the actors are fun, hillarious and very talented in break dancing (this is why they won so many recognition abroad). DRIFTERS crew (Battle of the Year 2006 finalists), GAMBLERS crew (Battle of the Year 2005 finalists) and MAXIMUM crew. this troop had performed in London, Shanghai, Bangkok and now its Malaysia's turn. they're performing on 23rd and 24th at Wisma MCA, 3.30pm and 8.30pm. 2 shows per day makes the total of 4 shows in KL. The next will be at Penang on 27th and 28th.

BreakOut! tells the tale of a night-in-the-life of a group of desperate prisoners, whose nightmare existence changes beyond belief when an ancient and sacred text mysteriously drops into the prison. This mysterious arrival inspires the inmates to plan a daring escape into the outside world, where they are able to enjoy a brief moment of freedom. Featuring a cast of nuns, nurses and break-dancing villains in the craziest jail break of all time, Break Out! is a fun-packed, mad-cap night out featuring top quality performers.

i personally like the LUMP character, "He is Dangerous but Innocent". his beatbox skills makes my eyes and mouth opened during this 2 hours show. and he is the most outstanding one among his other 4 partners because of his tallest height and good looking too! ^O^

Macau @ 1 Utama

Went to 1 Utama for a movie, Angels and Demons today with Alicia and saw Macau Festival 2009 is going on over there. Before hand, we both had actually been talking about visiting Macau+HK this coming July but yet to be confirm as she needs to get leave approval from her superior. However, I went and have a look what's up there in this Macau fair. For me, I've been to Macau several times but i can go again because Macau is a very beautiful place which filled with the world heritage and history. It feels like in Europe once got there~

A-Ma Temple

A-Ma Temple is reputedly the place in Macau where the Portuguese first landed, and is the starting point of this historical exploration.The Temple consists of prayer halls, pavilions and courtyards built into the boulder-strewn hill connected by winding paths through moon gates and tiny gardens. At the entrance is a large rock on which a traditional sailing junk was etched over 400 years ago. On other boulders you can see red carved characters invoking the blessings of the gods. Chinese legend says that touching the top of the moon gate up the hill will bring good luck in love.

Guia Fort and Lighthouse

Visit the simple, baroque chapel of Our Lady of Guia (note the ceiling where original paintings have been uncovered).Take the steps to the old cannon platform for panoramic views of the city and surrounding seascape...There is a tourist information office and small cafe in the former guardpost. Leaving the fort turn right on Estrada do Engenheiro Trigo, a pedestrian path that circles the hill and is popular with joggers, birdwatchers and lovers. The fort was built in 1637, the lighthouse, which is still in use, in 1865, when it was the first of its kind on the China Coast.

The Cathedral

Situated near Rua de S. Domingos, the Cathedral is located on the top of the nearby paved hill. Here, Midnight Mass is held at Christmas and the Procession of the Passion of Our Lord is enacted every year. Next to the Cathedral stands the timelessly beautiful Bishop's Palace. Although the Cathedral is not the biggest church in Macau, it is certainly one of the grandest. In 1575, the Catholic church was established in Macau - named the City of the Name of God - and promptly became the centre of Catholicism in Asia. In 1576, the Cathedral was built and many important relics of the 16th & 17th Century are stored here. The Cathedral square has recently been refurbished, and an imposing fountain added, providing a convenient spot for residents and visitors to relax in comfort. Less than 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral lie the major thoroughfares of Rua de S. Domingos, Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro and Avenida de Praia Grande.

Holy House of Mercy

The Holy House of Mercy exhibits historical pieces and objects of religious art that pinpoint the meeting of different cultures. Located in a quiet lane just off Senado Square in the centre of the city, the House is often overlooked and mistaken for a government office. The neo-classical Holy House of Mercy (Santa Casa de Misericordia) was the first charity association to be established in Macau, and houses the needy elderly in Our Lady of Mercy Home for the Aged free of charge. On the second floor of the Holy House of Mercy, you can find the skull, cross and full-length oil painting of Dorn Belchior Carneiro, the founder of the institution, plus a bronze bell from the old St. Raphael Hospital, which was founded by Carneiro in the 16th Century. Various artifacts are on display in the small museum. At the end of the adjoining Alley of Mercy stands a bronze statue of Dorn Belchior Carneiro.

thanks Clara from Hong Kong for always providing me the updates on 仔仔 (the taiwanese F4) and reminds me that we still care for him. she is really one of dedicated fans for him all these while. she managed to remain this relationship for almost coming to 10 years. 仔仔 of course recognised his loyal fans that has been supporting him all these while since from the start. even myself cannot be compared coz i would just support him by watching the drama or movie he acted. although he seldom come to KL recently but when he drop by, he is very happy to see his fans. the last time i saw him was in 2007, Christmas during his solo album promo. i still remember we meet good samaritans that give us passes to attend the press conference.

Clara is the first to ask me go! she said "He seldom come to KL, u should go! We can always see him in HK"

i'm touched by her words that moment. thus i went in while she waited for me outside with others ^_^

仔仔most recent drama "痞子英雄" has great results since the airing on taiwanese TV station. i gotta finish it by tonight but i still have my financial management coursework to be done by end of thie week! arrghhh~
